The Foundation
How KRM Group Came to Be
In 2003, Mr. K. Ramesh founded KRM Group of Companies in Warwick, England, with a straightforward but ambitious vision: to build a group of businesses that communities could depend upon across every aspect of their lives.
The first venture was a small supermarket serving the local Warwick community. Its success — built on fair pricing, quality produce, and genuine customer care — laid the blueprint for everything that followed.
Over the next two decades, KRM expanded methodically. Transport operations were established to serve both commercial logistics and passenger needs. An insurance arm was launched to offer affordable, transparent coverage. Legal Aid services were introduced to ensure that quality legal representation was not a privilege of the wealthy. And an import & export division opened KRM to the world, connecting UK markets with global suppliers and buyers.
Today, KRM Group of Companies employs over 500 people, operates across more than 10 countries, and remains headquartered at KRM House in Warwick — a testament to its roots and its commitment to the communities that shaped it.

A qualified barrister with expertise spanning corporate, immigration, and property law, Amara leads KRM Legal Aid and serves as the group's principal legal counsel, ensuring compliance and access to justice.
